Canopy Botanicals & Bar grew out of one simple thing: a love of plants and good food. Every ingredient gets examined before it earns a place in the glass — nothing goes in just because it's always been done that way.
We're building this in real time, out in the open — testing, learning, and figuring out what belongs in the glass and why. No pretense, no masterclass. Just good plants, good drinks, and good company.
A game night built around plants instead of cash. Every ticket comes with a bingo card and a set number of rounds — win a round, win a plant. The bigger the round, the bigger the plant. Hosted right in the taprooms and tasting rooms of the breweries and wineries we partner with.
